1. General Information

These general terms and conditions of sale relate to the purchase of BBCouture products, made remotely via computer network on the site bbcouture.it owned by GED SRLS, based in via F.Ferrucci 57, Prato.

The language used for the conclusion of the contract of sale through the site castellibags.com is Italian.

2. Identification of the purchasing customer

The distance selling service is reserved for consumers/customers. Consumers/customers are defined as natural persons, acting for purposes unrelated to commercial, entrepreneurial, craft professional activities.

Any non-consumer buyers (by way of example, stores, etc...) may contact GED SRLS at the following email address info@bbcouture.ited make their purchases in the manner reserved for them.

4.Information about the products and their availability

Information about the garments and their prices is available on the website.

The style, patterns and colors of the garments may be changed without prior notice.During the purchase procedure, the customer checks whether the garment, color and size, are available or in the process of assortment; in the latter case, the purchase procedure signals the timing of the assortment.

5. Conclusion of the contract and acceptance of the general terms and conditions

Contracts for the sale of products on the website castellibags.com, are considered concluded when the purchase order placed by the customer is received by GED SRLS and the latter accepts it.

The customer, by submitting his/her purchase order electronically, declares that he/she has read and accepted these terms and conditions, the prices indicated, as well as the legal provisions, privacy provisions and return conditions, and undertakes to observe and comply with them in his/her dealings with GED SRLS.

GED SRLS will notify the customer by e-mail of the shipment of the item referred to in the order and, therefore, the acceptance and confirmation of the order.

GED SRLS may refuse, in any case, and therefore will not accept orders in the following cases:

- the Customer cannot, or does not want to, pay using the payment methods specified in these General Terms and Conditions, or, if the payment method fails;

- in cases where there is suspicion of illegal activities, or that the items are purchased for commercial purposes;

6. Obligations of the Customer

The Customer is obliged, before submitting his/her purchase order, to read these general terms and conditions carefully. The submission of the purchase order implies their full knowledge and acceptance.

7.Mode of Purchase - Price.

The Customer purchases the garment, the characteristics of which are illustrated online in the respective descriptive sheets, at the price indicated therein. Before submitting the purchase order will be summarized the unit cost of each garment chosen, the total cost, in case of purchase of several items.

8. Method of Payment

The customer can make the payment due by choosing one of the following listed methods:

Shopify Payments by Stripe
The customer may use shopify's integrated system to pay by credit card.
PayPal/credit card.
In the event that the customer intends to make payment by credit card, he or she may use the PayPal procedure
BANK TRANSFER: it must be made within 24h working days from the confirmation of the order.

9. Delivery of products

The purchased goods, together with the relevant shipping document, is delivered by courier, chosen by GED SRLS, to the address specified by the customer when ordering online. The signature of the customer, or his delegate, is required; no deliveries are made to post office boxes.

The risk of loss of or damage to the goods, due to causes not attributable to GED SRLS, is transferred to the customer only at the time when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, other than the carrier, materially takes possession of the goods.

However, the risk is transferred to the consumer already at the time of delivery of the goods to the carrier if the carrier has been chosen by the consumer.

The shipment will not be carried out in the event of non-payment and/or failure of payment.

GED SRLS guarantees delivery of the products according to the terms indicated in the respective data sheets and due to availability or assortment.

10. Absence of the consignee

In case of absence of the consignee, at the address indicated in the order, the general conditions set forth on the courier site will apply.

11. Conformity guarantee

Products purchased on the site castellibags.com are subject to the regulations on the sale of consumer goods. The delivered products conform to the characteristics illustrated online in the relevant descriptive sheets. However, if a product shows a lack of conformity, it is the customer's responsibility to immediately contact GED SRLS at the e-mail address info@bbcouture.it and document any discrepancies.

12. Guarantee of Authenticity and Intellectual Property Rights.

GED SRLS guarantees the authenticity of all products purchased on the site. BBCouture branded products, are strictly Made in Italy; the BBCouture trademark is the property of GED SRLS

13. Replacement of products

GED SRLS recognizes the possibility for the Customer to replace the purchased products; the costs of returning and sending the requested product as a replacement in case of defective products shall be borne by GED SRLS. The sending of the chosen product, in replacement, will be carried out in the manner and terms of delivery set out in point 9 of these conditions.

The customer, who intends to request the replacement of a purchased product, must, within fourteen working days of receipt of the goods, contact GED srls at the e-mail address info@bbcouture.it, specifying the reason for which the replacement is requested and/or the mismatch between what was ordered and what was received.

If the customer intends to replace the garment, for example, with one of a different size and/or color, GED SRLS will make the exchange, not before the return is returned to the warehouse, and provided that the goods are returned with the original packaging and perfectly intact, with no signs of use, in this case the return costs amount to 10€ and are borne by the customer. GED SRLS will agree to make the replacement only after verification of the availability of the product requested in replacement.

The costs of returning the product will remain the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of any discrepancy between what was ordered and what was received; in the latter case the costs of return, and new shipment, will be borne by GED SRLS. To this end, the customer must wait for GED SRLS to send instructions, including the indication of the courier that will handle the collection. Any returns by methods, and through means, other than those indicated by GED SRLS will remain the responsibility of the customer.

14. Express termination clause

In the event of non-payment in full or in part of the purchase price of the garment or garments GED SRLS reserves the right to declare, pursuant to and in accordance with Article 1456 of the Civil Code, terminated the contract, by sending a written notice to the customer's e-mail address.

15. Complaints and information

For any complaints or clarifications, the customer should contact the e- mail address info@bbcouture.it. The customer will be contacted as soon as possible and in any case within 3 working days of the request.

16. Modification of the general terms and conditions

GED SRLS may modify these terms and conditions. Any changes will be published on the website. The modified general conditions of contract, will govern sales entered into after the publication of the changes. Orders placed before, the publication of the changes, will be governed by the previous version of the general terms and conditions.

17. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

These general terms and conditions and, consequently, the contracts concluded with Customers, are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation, validity, execution of these Terms shall be devolved to the jurisdiction of the court of the place where the Customer has his residence or domicile, if located in Italy.

18. Coupons and Discounts

A coupon is a discount voucher that you can obtain by participating in our initiatives, purchasing on our site.

The coupon must be entered during the checkout process in the appropriate field.
